The next meeting of East Ohio Handweavers is Saturday April 15 at 9:30 am in the Leetonia Library.
The program is Japanese thread wrapped ornaments…be warned they are most addictive to make. Bring a straight edge – metal, wood or firm plastic, scissors, and sock or sport weight yarn. Any fiber of an equivalent size that is slightly soft, not hard like a cordonnet. The ornaments in the photo were all made from solid or variegated threads, no changing colors.
If the room is not booked into the afternoon by another group, anyone interested can stay for the tapestry study group. Bring your supplies and questions.
